The Presentation for the North West Region Champion Beer of Britian – Best Bitter catagory will take place this Saturday (24th November) at 4:00pm in the Marble Arch pub in Manchester. Joe Ince, the Head of Production for the Marble Brewery will be there to receive the award.
This is an open invitation to all CAMRA members to come along come along to the Marble Arch for the Presentation and enjoy a pre/post inter-Branch social at a few of the great hosteleries in Manchester.
For early birds I suggest meeting in the Angel anytime after around 2:00pm then meeting up with others in the Marble Arch say 3:15 to 3:30pm.
There are a myriad of great pubs to visit in Manchester after the presentation which we can decide upon on the day; I have several possible ‘pub crawl routes’ including one which the Chester Branch did recently (thanks Brian) to follow, or we can go ‘off-piste’ and enjoy a Magical Mystry Tour…. (Manchester Central CAMRA website has a nice ‘Find a Pub’ page)
